SSATI was founded in 2003 by intelligence industry engineers who knew they wanted to work for a different kind of company. Today, our corporate culture remains employee-focused as we support our customers’ mission. Brian Jordan

Executive VP

Brian Jordan has spent his entire 34-year career in the intelligence industry. After nine years of service in the United States Air Force, he worked as a software engineer in the DoD community. After working for both large and small companies, he co-founded SSATI and led it to become the family-friendly, employee-focused, mission-driven company we know today.  Brian now focuses his exceptional skills on our corporate strategy, vision, and business development efforts.
Brian is proud of his years of military service, and SSATI is proud to be a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. When he’s not creating new opportunities for SSATI, Brian can be found at home in Columbia, Maryland, where he lives with his wife Michelle. They have four children and two grandchildren, and Brian can often be found inventing new woodworking and 3D printing creations for both his family and employees. He’s also got a longstanding love of vintage video games, which is the reason you’ll find some truly great arcade games at our corporate offices!
Donald Brinkley was SSATI’s fifth engineer hired on contract over 15 years ago, and he’s been with the company ever since. After beginning his career as a high school work study student with NSA 23 years ago, he knew he wanted to stay in the intelligence community. After stints at several agencies and contractors, he found SSATI to be the perfect place to grow his career. Now, his project management and software and systems engineering expertise lends itself to managing our operations and financial oversight programs.
Don is especially proud to continue to build SSATI’s family-focused corporate culture, as his 10 year old twins have been a part of nearly every SSATI event since they were born (and before!). He lives in Ellicott City with his wife Jamaila and their children, and spends his free time running long-distance triathlons and doing extensive home renovations.

Mary Leesman-Weeks

Director, Contracts

Mary Leesman-Weeks is SSATI’s Director of Contracts. With over 15 years of experience in government contracting, Mary manages SSATI’s contract negotiation and management programs as well as our A/R collection with a deft hand. Mary has spent the last 13 years with SSATI and is our resident contracting expert. She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband Andrew and their daughter. She’s a huge fan of horseback riding and traveling, and can often be found hiking local trails with her dog.

Chad Kooser

Director, Talent Acquisition

Chad Kooser is SSATI’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Staffing. With over 10 years of experience in technical staffing and recruiting, Chad leads our recruiting direction, internal staffing, and training and development program. He’s been with SSATI for 6 years, and lives in Odenton, Maryland with his wife Savanna and their two children. When he’s not focused on growing the SSATI family, Chad spends his time playing hockey and lacrosse as well as supporting his children’s athletic endeavors.

Linda Berman

Director, Business Development

Linda Berman is SSATI’s Director of Business Development. With over 27 years of professional experience applying management and technical skills and supporting proposal activities on MPO contracts, Linda leads SSATI’s growth within the Intelligence community. She lives in Olney, Maryland with her husband Mitchell. Linda enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.  Most summer weekends you will find Linda at the beach.
