Insurance

Medical: CareFirst insurance; SSATI pays 85% of the premium. Options include HMO Open Access, POS, or PPO plans all with 100% of employee’s deductible paid by SSATI through an HRA plan.

Dental: Principal insurance; 85% of premium paid by SSATI.

Vision: Carefirst insurance; 85% of premium paid by SSATI.

FSA: Medical Expense and Dependent Care FSAs, up to IRS annual limits (currently: $2,650 for Medical Expense and $5,000 for Dependent Care).

PTO

PTO accrues at a rate of 32 days per year to start (37 days at 5 years employment) and may be used for any time out of work (vacations, illness, holidays, closures, personal matters, etc.). New employees start with 40 hours of PTO balance available to them immediately.

401K

SSATI matches 100% of the first 8% that employees contribute to the 401K plan. Employees can choose between traditional 401K or ROTH 401K account options. All matching contributions are vested as soon as they are deposited into the retirement account.

Learning and Development

Tuition Reimbursement: $5,000 per year per employee for approved course of studies to offset the cost of tuition, books and other related education expenses.

Training: $3,000 per year per employee to pay for approved classes, plus up to five days of paid training time to attend.

Certifications: SSATI will pay for certification exams for industry recognized certifications.

Memberships and dues: SSATI will pay membership fees and dues to an approved Professional Organization.

Disability and Life Policies

Disability Insurance: Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage at 60% of the employee’s salary at no cost to the employee. 

Life Insurance: Coverage of 1X annual salary (maximum $100,000) at no cost to the employee. Additional coverage available, including AD&D.

Accident Insurance: Optional coverage in the event of an accident to either the employee or a family member.

Bonuses and Benefits

Referral bonus: $10,000 for successfully hired referrals.

Rewards bonuses: Degree completion, certification, leadership, professional development, capture awards, and more.

Relocation benefit: Customizable relocation package for those who move to other contract facilities, including time off and/or reimbursement.

Technology benefit: $1000/year per employee for home technology, including computers, software, etc.

Fitness benefit: $300/year per employee for gym memberships, trainers, equipment, etc.

Company clothing benefit: $100/year per employee for branded Lands End gear.

Memberships: AT&T discounts; Tower Federal Credit Union membership, and more.
